➸GATE HOURS & ADMISSION

Gate Hours: Gates Open at 11 am on Friday April 5th, 2024

*** If you wish to arrive on Thursday April 4th the cost is $15 per person paid at the gate cash/card accepted

• Thursday Gates will be open 1 pm - 10 pm

• Friday Gates will be open from 11 am - 11 pm

• Saturday and Sunday Gates will be open from 8:30 am - 11 pm

• Monday Gates will be open from 8:30 am - 1 pm

• Anyone arriving outside these hours will have to park and wait at the gate until it opens

• All Ages Event

• Children 12 & Under Free

• Ages 18 & Under Must be Accompanied by their Legal Guardian

• Re-entry is allowed during normal gate hours if you already have your credentials
   

Gates will open at 1 pm on Friday for those interested in arriving a day early to join Friday's pre-party and get prime pick on your camping location NO ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED PRIOR TO 1 PM ON FRIDAY! DRIVE SLOW when approaching the gates, the roads are curvy! The speed limit is 5 MPH once you enter the event grounds. This is an all ages event, but anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian to gain entry. Children ages 12 & under are free if accompanied by their legal guardian (please see the IS THE EVENT KID FRIENDLY? section found below).  All vehicles entering will be subject to a search to ensure safety.  Solar Strings is a rain or shine event.

 

➸TICKETS

• EVERYONE over the age of 12 must have a ticket to enter the grounds!

• Tickets Can Be Purchased Online or at the Gate - (once the gates open prices will increase)

• Cash / Card Accepted

• Print & Bring Your Paper Ticket with You!

• ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, 100% NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE

Due to venue size and requirements the number of tickets available will be limited, be sure to get yours before they sell out! IMPORTANT NOTE:  Everyone entering the event grounds will need a Ticket - NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER WITHOUT A TICKET!  Be sure to print your ticket at home and have it ready when you approach the gates. All tickets will be scanned at the gate to ensure validity, be sure to only purchase tickets through this website  to ensure that you are not subject to fraud. Regardless of weather, changes to your schedule, personal choices, sickness, family emergencies or any other reason, ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, 100% NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE unless the producers cancel the event. By purchasing a ticket you understand & agree to all the information provided on this website. Tickets are however transferable & you are encouraged to gift your ticket if circumstances arise where you can not make the event.

➸CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER?

• Re-entry will be allowed from 8:30 am -11 pm daily following gates opening on Friday

Re-entry will be allowed from with the proper credentials which can only be acquired at the main gate. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian when entering, leaving & re-entering the grounds. DO NOT attempt to drive off the event grounds if you are in any way impaired, security will not allow this under any circumstances!

 

➸CAMPING, RVs & BUSES

Event passes (excluding Saturday and Sunday day passes only) include onsite car side camping on a first come first serve basis in Stargazer or Family Camps/  If you are wishing to bring your RV (or bus), or camp in the heart of the action next to main stage or directly backstage we now also offer Camping Upgrade Passes (see below for details).

• RV & LARGE VEHICLE PASS - ALL Large Vehicles, RV's, Buses and Travel Trailers over 20' total in length must purchase a LARGE VEHICLE PASS to gain entry. These are available for $100 online or $120 at the gate and NO HOOKUPS are available.

• UPGRADED CAMPING - We have a limited number of VIP, Main Stage and Cosmic Camping Upgraded sites available for purchase. Please refer to the map for these locations. These sites are reserved and are approximately 1000 sq ft of space. NOTE: These upgrade add-ons do NOT include Tickets & everyone in your party will still need an event ticket in addition to this camping upgrade.

 

➸WILL YOU HAVE FOOD & BEVERAGES AVAILABLE?

• YES! We will have a fine array of food & craft vendors available for you to purchase items from!

• Be sure to check out our Main Stage EVENT MERCH tent to get your official Limited Edition Event Poster or T-Shirt. This year we will also have the option for you to design your own T-Shirt and have it made right before you eyes!

• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the main stage field, but can be purchased at the Bullpen Bar setup right next to Main Stage. They will have a variety of craft beers and mixed drinks.

• Hot & Cold Non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at our Main Stage EVENT MERCH tent only!

• We will have FREE WATER refill stations throughout the grounds and we recommend and encourage you bring a refillable water bottle / canister and utilize this. It also helps reduce plastic waste!

➸IS THERE CELL SERVICE OR INTERNET?

Most of venue does not get good cell service reception. However, if you need to use your phone nearly all of Stargazer Camp does get reception and you are welcome to walk to this location to use your phone! Public internet service will be available in Main Stage Field on a day fee basis through the Taurus Internet Group. You can find their booth by the Rocket in Main Stage to stay connected.

➸HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY

If you are in need of an ADA Parking pass you MUST add-on this option to your cart when you purchase your tickets, ADA space is limited and there for only vehicles with registered ADA Vehicle Tags will be allowed in this area and no guests are allowed to camp with you do to limited space availability. NOTE: The event grounds are typical of Missouri Ozark terrain. Trails & foot paths are often rocky, steep, curvy, rough, grassy & hard to maneuver for some. Therefore we do not consider Astral Valley to be accessible for all. However, ADA camping is located right next to Main Stage, which is a large grassy field and usually manageable.

➸ICE, ATMS & GENERAL STORE

Forget to pack something? Ice and general store items will be available at our N' GENERAL store located right in Main Stage!  Vendors will be setup offering food, alcohol, crafts & other items. There will be an ATM on site for your convenience, see the map for it's location. The closest gas station and convenient store is located in French Village, MO about 5 miles away,  there you will find necessity camping items and other goodies.

➸WILL THERE BE MEDICAL & SECURITY?

Medical & Security Personnel will be available throughout the event to ensure your safety.  Please be sure to respect them and do as they ask, they are there for your safety.  Please refer to your event guide to locate their headquarters in case of emergencies, they are marked by a large RED CROSS on the Map. Also, the Harm Reduction Phoenix Temple will be open 24/7 during the event for anyone needing assistance, help of any kind or direction. They are located right in the heart of Main Stage Field, to the right of the Kid Zone and labeled on the map with a phoenix.

 

➸WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Solar Strings is a rain or shine event and ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. We will do everything in our power to ensure that all scheduled events take place as outlined.  However, in rare circumstances things happen that are beyond our control. Therefore all performance times are approximate and may be subject to delays, cancellations, or other setbacks as necessary. 

 

➸IS THE EVENT KID FRIENDLY?

We consider the event to be super kid and family friendly and lots of children attend, however not everyone has the same opinions. Participants are encouraged to express themselves in a number of ways through various art forms & projects. We are not here to judge each other, but rather to embrace our differences, coexist, gift, learn & share. Public nudity may occur, although not common and we try to discourage it and redirect this energy to the privacy of their campsite if it occurs. We do NOT encourage or condone disorderly conduct, open sexual acts, or illegal drug use. There is a fine line between what is & isn't offensive & what you might consider offensive for your children others may not. DO NOT bring your children if you are concerned about them being subjected to behaviors you may deem unfit for them. DO BRING your children if you are ok with this statement and understand that we do our best to keep things PG. We also offer an entire Children's space just for the kiddos filled with fun educational activities throughout the weekend plus a playground near family camping to enjoy!

➸ARE CAMPFIRES ALLOWED?

YES! We allow campfires in raised patio pits! NO rock pits or ground fires allowed, and no unattended fires. You can bring your own pit or rent one on site for $25 for the entire weekend. We will also have firewood for sale at a fair price - 3 large bundles for just $20. Or you can utilize one of our community bonfires, we host 3 large community fires onsite for everyone to enjoy!

➸LEAVE-NO-TRACE

This is a LEAVE-NO-TRACE event! It's simple: leave the place you visit the same or better than you found it. If you see others not honoring the LEAVE-NO-TRACE motto take some time to explain to them why it's important & nicely ask them to pickup after themselves. Trash and Aluminum Can bins will be placed around the property so it will be easy to clean up around your campsite & interactive areas. Please be sure to use them! The nice folks at Astral Valley have been kind enough to let us use their beautiful property so please respect it. Attendees found disrupting the natural beauty of the event park will be removed from the grounds without refund, we are serious here folks!

 

➸RULES, REGULATIONS & PROHIBITED ITEMS

• NO WEAPONS of any kind (regardless of permit)

• NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or Drug Paraphernalia - Violators will be ejected from the Festival & are subject to prosecution under local, state, & federal laws.

• NO ENTRY ALLOWED WITHOUT A TICKET

• NO COLLECTING, HARVESTING, OR REMOVING ANY FLORA OR FAUNA

• NO GLASS - bring your drinks in aluminum or plastic please

• CHAIRS & BLANKETS - are allowed no closer then 40' from the stage front, you must bring your chairs back to camp nightly, do not leave them unattended in Main Stage field.

• ALCOHOL - No outside alcohol is allowed in main stage field, please purchase drinks from the Bar, you are allowed to have alcohol at camp as long as it's not in a glass container

• NO FIREWORKS or explosives of any kind

• FRIENDLY ANIMALS, DOGS or PETS - are allowed with the purchase of a PET PASS and must stay on a leash at all times, and proof of up to date vaccinations provided at check-in. If your pet is being disruptive, barking all night, etc we will ask you to leave without refund. You must pick up after your animals - please no doggie doodoo left around!

• MOTORIZED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES - are allowed with the purchase of a PASS (only golf carts and UTVs are allowed, NO 3 or 4 wheelers), you must show proof of insurance and if found driving over 5 mph or drinking and driving you will be asked to leave without refund.

• NO UNDERAGE DRINKING

• NO DRIVING around event grounds

• SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH THROUGHOUT THE GROUNDS

• NO DRINKING & DRIVING

• NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDING

• CAMPFIRES are allowed in raised patio pits only - you can rent one onsite!

• NO DUMPING OR LITTERING

• LEAVE-NO-TRACE – Leave Astral Valley better than you found it & RECYCLE

• DO NOT REMOVE ANY ARTIFACTS FROM THE GROUNDS

• DO NOT CUT DOWN, HARM OR SCAR ANY TREES

• DO NOT VANDALIZE OR CAUSE DESTRUCTION TO ANYTHING

• BIKES will be allowed, but must be well lit up for your safety if using them at night

• RAIN or SHINE Event

• TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, non-refundable & non-returnable unless event is canceled by producer

• RESPECT the beauty of Astral Valley, please use recycling bins & consider your neighbors

• LISTEN TO & Respect all Staff, Security & Volunteers, your safety is our #1 concern

• NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND

• ALL PERSONS BEHAVING IN AN ILLEGAL, OFFENSIVE OR DISORDERLY FASHION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUNDS WITHOUT REFUND. Violators will be ejected & are subject to prosecution under local, state, & federal laws.
